Yes, it's been a long time since I've written. Yet if you follow me on Instagram, you will see I never really left, I just left this little space. Not all by choice.
All I can say is 2024 had been quite a journey. I don't mean to write here and then not write for months on end. Really, I don't.
I will start by saying in the beginning of last year I dedicated a lot of time, in truth all my time to creating this brand-new photography website (yes once again) that will actually be here to stay this time.
Summer came and so did many of my shows and other obligations. Then towards the end of the summer-early fall we took a wonderful trip to Ireland.
What I never really shared here was about my sister who battled many health ailments for years and years. When we left for Ireland, she was in a rehab center to help her gain strength and help her walk again. (she was in a rider)
We returned home from Ireland in late September. Sadly, I found my sister was put into Hospice when we were away. On September 30th, she passed away. I did make it to see her before she passed. It was another reason I have stepped away for a while. I felt so many things were coming down on me at once. I miss her so much it hurts. I miss her like crazy.
Let me just say, it's all been a lot and with life pulling me in so many directions, it took me a very long time to get back to here. I'm apologize for that.
So yes, I'm back once again and this time to stay. I have many new ideas and plans for this little space of mine, and I hope you stay to join me on the journey along the way as well.
